Investcor is a privately owned real estate development company located in Austin, Texas which is dedicated to developing industry leading real estate projects in high growth markets. Founded in 2008, Investcor has since successfully developed 26 projects with a cumulative value of over $1.1B. Although primarily focused in multifamily, having delivered 3,480 doors to market, we have also successfully developed mixed-use, neighborhood retail, and a lakefront custom home community with 53 custom homes. We attribute our success to our strict core investment principles of 1) developing projects based on underlying value, and not speculation, 2) developing conservatively with a margin of safety to mitigate risk during market downturns or unexpected circumstances, 3) strict and meticulous underwriting to ensure accurate expectations, 4) clear, consistent and transparent communication.
