Colin R. Kilgore

Mr. Kilgore oversees the firm's financial analysis, asset management and capital relationships. Before joining Investcor, he served as the Director of Capital Markets at Aspen Heights Partners, where he was responsible for sourcing, structuring and negotiating capital relationships. There he successfully closed over $725M in debt and equity financing. Prior to Aspen Heights, Mr. Kilgore served as an Associate at Behringer Harvard. In this role, he led analytical efforts in the acquisition and disposition of over $700M in fund assets. He was also responsible for the valuation of $1.5B in mid-stream multifamily development projects as part of a public equity listing. Mr. Kilgore has experience across asset types, with a specific focus on multifamily and senior housing development. Earlier in his career, Mr. Kilgore was a Consultant for Ernst & Young, LP where he served as a management consultant to clients in the financial services industry. Mr. Kilgore graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Brigham Young University. In 2015, he was selected as an “Emerging Leader in Multifamily” on behalf of Real Estate Forum Magazine.
